Initial Requirements

The first 3D design will be created strictly based on the requirements provided at the beginning.

Changes / Modifications

Please mention all changes clearly in one go.

After one-time changes are shared, if the render is not finalized, the updated file will be considered as the 2nd PDF.
Any further changes will be counted as the next PDF/version.

Sequential Changes

Example:
If you suggest changes in PDF 4 and something is missed from my side, it will be corrected in the same PDF 4.

However, if new or additional changes are shared at the same time, those will be added to the next version (PDF 5).

Rough 3D Changes

Multiple repeated changes are not possible in Rough 3D (without rendered PDF).
To avoid loopholes and confusion, a single proper workflow will be followed.

Process & Payment

The same process applies to both new and existing clients.
There will be no exceptions, especially in the payment process.
